About the Sisters

Hey everybody! We are Demetria H. Sloan and Christina Hill, your favorite sisters from another mister. And, yes, we are actual sisters - biological, sorority, and as Black women. Our name, Hey Sister!, is our usual greeting, especially on phone calls, and it is our phone calls - ranging from silly to serious, from personal to political, and everything in between - that served as the genesis of our video podcast. After years of saying "we should do something with our conversations," in October 2017, we decided to press record on a mobile phone, and we've been on a fabulous ride ever since. We hope you'll join us on this fantastic journey by liking, following, and sharing our podcast with your friends and family.
